I am originally from north jersey and am new to Monmouth County area, around 3 years ago I had decided to move to the Highlands. I was looking for a realtor In the area since I wasn’t familiar with the vicinity, a friend of mine appointed me to a realtor (not Mr. Billy Cassie), who showed me a few homes and was not very interested in working with me.

So I decided to find someone on my own. I called and spoke with Mr. Billy. Within one day he started showing me some homes. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and what my budget was. He called me and text me every day showing me different homes and was very honest on what the homes needed and required.

We finally came across a beautiful home after 1 month of working with Mr. Billy.  We made an offer and the seller agreed.  Mr. Billy helped me in every possible way, going out of his way to help me with information regarding where to call for utility payments etc…

I have never come across such an honest realtor in my life… He is attentive, Informative, honest, hard working, and sincere.  He was a blessing of a life changing experience that was about to experience.

This is my first home and I love it. I will refer Mr. Billy to the whole world. And I just would like to close with this… Even after a year I recently called Mr. Billy regarding tax information, which he has nothing to do with, he even helped me again.
